Event Description

In-Depth Seminar:
Protect your reputation during a crisis

What do Michael Vick, Virginia Tech and Mattel have in common? Each experienced a crisis that is challenging its reputation. As a public relations practitioner, keeping your company or client’s reputation intact is one of the most important parts of your job. How can you ensure that the reputation comes out like Tylenol instead of Exxon?

Join us on Oct. 31, as Mike Paul, president and senior counselor of MGP & Associates PR in New York City and editor of The Reputation Doctor blog (www.reputationdoctor.com), shares his tips on reputation management during a special two-hour professional development seminar.

During the seminar, he will offer an in-depth analysis of the Michael Vick crisis, the Virginia Tech tragedy, Mattel’s China toy crisis and more. In the two-hour program, Paul will provide reputation management tips for building, maintaining and repairing your organizational and individual reputation during a crisis. The seminar also will include active audience participation and role-play exercises and feature some of Paul’s television news interviews.

Hear Mike Paul speak during PRSA Richmond's October luncheon program. The luncheon immediately precedes the seminar; separate registration and payment is required.
