Area Nonprofits Invited to Apply for PR assistance

Nonprofit organizations in Greater Richmond are invited to apply for professional public relations assistance through the PRSA Richmond 2013 Nonprofit Alliance.

Applications are available on the PRSA Richmond website and are due by Monday, April 1.

Nonprofit organizations may apply for assistance with strategic planning, organization of a public event, or assistance with communications tactics such as media relations, social media, or internal communications. The PRSA Public Service Committee will review applications and select one organization to support in 2013.

In addition, a free public relations workshop will be organized for all nonprofit organizations that apply.

PRSA Richmond members can help by spreading the word, especially to their contacts in the nonprofit community.
