Va. PR Awards honor the best in public relations; Dr. Judy Turk receives the prestigious TJ Award

On June 12, the Richmond chapter of the Public Relations Society of America honored local organizations and companies for excellence in public relations. The 61st annual awards ceremony, {Let’s Get Connected}, was held at the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden in Richmond. 

In addition to the PR awards, PRSA Richmond presented Judy VanSlyke Turk, Ph.D., APR, Fellow PRSA, with the 2008 Thomas Jefferson Award for Excellence in Public Relations.
