FINAL DEADLINE: March 5, 2018

Rules

Tactics and campaigns produced in part between January 1 and December 31 of the calendar year preceding the awards ceremony are eligible to be submitted.

You must select a single category for each entry. However, you may submit a campaign for a Commonwealth Award and then submit individual tactics within that campaign for Capital Awards.

A concise summary must accompany each entry. Capital Award summaries are allowed 500 words, and Commonwealth Award summaries are allowed 800 words. The summary is the single most important component of the entry. Judges evaluate Commonwealth entries based on research, planning, implementation and evaluation. Because Capital Awards are tactical, they are assessed on development, execution, overall creativity and technical excellence.

Refer to the scorecards to get a sense of what judges are looking for on Commonwealth and Capital entries.
